My coaching style is built on the idea that no two bodies are alike even if two people are physiologically the same. Your past athletics dictate your abilities, so naturally you will grow faster in areas related to your past and you will grow slower in areas that are new to you. A lot of your training will be a product of dissecting your style and tendencies in climbing, reworking basic skills and reforming techniques to grow and enhance your climbing. Calisthenics is the primary tool I use for strength training, so we will not usually be lifting weights in your program. I first started coaching in 2017 and soon after started taking on clients for rock climbing, ninja warrior and general calisthenics. I have coached hundreds of kids and adults of all ages ranging from 6-75 years old in many disciplines of strength and movement. I have seen immense growth in all of my clients and will work alongside you to grow your abilities and will help you in your trajectory for reaching your goals.
Exploring movement has always been a lifelong passion of mine since about the age of 4. My background of a decade of rock climbing, 13 years of calisthenics, 6 years of Ninja Warrior and 3 years of yoga and slacklining have cultivated my skills as a movement coach and give me a unique perspective on how to coach athletes on and off the wall.
